Madera House — Restaurant in Rotterdam

We come all way from Bruxelles cause we hear good things about u guys, but after 200km we was very disappointed. So first thing nobody comes to receive us "I mean is a restuarant, I'm not saying to give us a table or stuff but not even a hi or any greetings". Second thing table so dirty, they come to take our order after I think 20/30 min, but nobody come to clean the table we asked for it !. The menu was very dirty too "I dont want to know how is the inside of the kitchen". We received our drinks, after 45 min no food, 50 mins later somebody who order 20 min after us recieved the food and we was still waiting. One girl saw that we was still waiting so she go to check and well they forget our order. 20 mins later (and of course nobody come to say sorry for the late) we recieved our food but mine was missing. I asked for it cause I didn't want to wait 1h more and well they told me they forget it again. So my friends wait for me and after 20 min I received my ribs. My friends eat cold food and how I said not even a "sorry". About the food "good spicy ribs" but the rest really bad. Pickles was very dead no taste no crunchy, fries cold, all the plates was dirty or a bit broken. We ask for ketchup they forget it we got it after 10 min. We ask for water after 10mins too. And I swear I'm not exaggerating at all !!!!! So in the end after our experience we was very disappointed and the worst was no "CUSTOMERS SERVICE" they are really cold, no smiling not listening to instructions. It looks like they are all 18/19' years old and they really dont know how to work ! I hope the boss see my comment cause how I said we hear good stuff from u guys but what we recieved was nothing but...

Probably the best restaurant in the city. After we were welcomed with a smile in a warm and cosy restaurant, our waiter approached with a totally wonderful menu full of food and drinks. We chose the mixed option with lamb, chicken, beef and ribs 🔥🔥🔥

Everything was super tasty and simply delicious 🤤

The personnel were very pleasant and aware of our feelings. The food was fresh and felt pretty yummy in our bellies 😊

The service was excellent 👏

The prices are extremely affordable. We had a main dish, multiple drinks and an amazing desert (snickers cake) for only 55 euros 🤤

It's a good restaurant for those who want to eat out Halal. However it's not meant for people with low income. Because you will pay €100 on average for 2 people. I didn't like the taste of their ribs or steak however their chicken wings and dessert were perfect. Really friendly staff in this place however i felt ashamed for not paying a tip above the Heavy price for the food. Will i go back to this place. Maybe yes for the food, but not with the price.
