Soi3 — Restaurant in Rotterdam

I ordered from SOI3 Rotterdam on 19 August and it was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Delivery took over 2 hours. One main dish was completely missing. The food was poor quality: beef was dry, soup tasted muddy and had shrimps with shells, guts, and legs still inside. Drinks were wrong. The taste wasn't even authentic. When I called to complain, I was told they would only give a partial refund for the missing item and to send a Tikkie request to a private number the manager gave me. I did, but was ignored afterwards and never received my money back. This is unprofessional, unsafe, and disrespectful to customers. Based on my real experience, I strongly warn others not...

Used to be great. Unfortunately not anymore.

Food is still quite good, but the service is just downright terrible. Asking for cutlery and a plate to mix the rice with curry takes them over 10 minutes when your meal is already served.

Most guests are simply ignored as the staff is more busy chatting with eachother or just looking idely in the distant. Even waving to draw attention doesn't help.

Watch your belongings when there!!! Food is great, have always loved the place.

However, when eating there yesterday, my phone got stolen by someone that just walked in begging for money!!

Apparently it happened a little ofer a month ago too according to the owner! Making me question why you wouldn’t take more repercussions? Perhaps not have the door wide open and all the windows? Cameras? Or like warn your guests??
