I recently had an unpleasant experience at Dongfanghang Supermarket. I had bought several packs of dumplings from there, and after consuming them, I experienced stomach issues. One pack seemed to be spoiled, so I returned to the store to address the problem. A female manager came to handle my complaint. Strangely, she cooked the dumplings and claimed they "smelled fine," but refused to taste them when I asked. Despite this, she would not offer any resolution. Read moreI had a very unpleasant experience at this store on September 17, 2025, around 13:06. When I went to pay, the cashier asked to check my child's school bag and my shopping bag from another store in front of many people. This made my child very embarrassed and upset.
What hurt the most is that other customers with bags were not checked, only us. After they found nothing, they didn’t even apologize. My child asked me why only we were treated this way, and it was very hard to explain.

Here too, unfortunately, not a great selection of organic food, but they're doing their best by emphasizing and labeling the organic stuff. It's probably due to Asia, where organic food just isn't that popular or noticed. They've got a nice "bar" where you can food to eat directly as well.
