McDonald's — Restaurant in Rotterdam

I went there for the first time because it is on my way home. Well, let's say I won't be going back. I ordered on location for take away. First of all, I waited quite a while for my order to be ready. During this wait time, I was observing the staff working and it looked very disorganised whereas it did not seem to be very busy but okay i dont know everything that is going on behind the counter. When I finally received my order, I counted the burgers and 1 was missing so I politely pointed it out. I did not receive any apology, he just walked away and brought me the missing burger a few minutes later, again without an apology. But okay mistakes can happen, we are only humans. Only that, I went home and when I unpacked my order, I discovered that 2 of my large fries were half full (see pictures attached when i haven't touched anything yet) and the burgers looked like there were thrown into the box. McDonald's at Vierhavensstraat is a decent sized McDonald's with plenty of tables inside and outside and has a drive thru. I really liked the service at this place.

We tried some vega burgers, McChicken spicy and Honey Chicken. The buns and lettuce were incredibly fresh. The patty(s) in McChcken Spicy could be improved imo. McChicken Spicy, though the name suggests spicy was nothing close to being spicy plus the sauce was not properly applied. The honey variant was more flavourful but again was missing any generous amount of sauce, the patty in this one was tasty.

The cookie was warm and delicious but I cannot say the same for the brownie, very sweet and floury though the portion size is good.

Overall, decent experience but yeah I think for what it is worth, you can get better burgers...

THE MOST DISGUSTING PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. YOU ALWAYS WAIT LIKE 30 MINUTES, ESPECIALLY IF ITS BUSY. THE FOOD USUALLY COLD, WORKERS JUST WALK AROUND, LAUGHING, TALKING, CHILLING. AND THE WORST IS THE WC, IT WAS ALWAYS DIRTY WHEN IT WAS FREE, NOW THEY FORCE YOU TO PAY 70 CENTS FOR THE MOST DISGUSTING AND FILTHY TOILET YOU WILL EVER SEE. EVEN IN ROTTERDAM CENTRUM MCDONALD'S (WHERE IS 100000 MORE CUSTOMERS), TOILETS ARE FREE AND CLEAN. TEAM LEADERS ARE ENTITLED JERKS, THEY SPEAK WITH YOU LIKE YOU ARE THRASH!!! COMPLAINTS BOOK THEY NEVER GIVE YOU, COUPLE OF TIMES THREATENING CALL THE POLICE OR WHATEVER. OVERALL, I THINK THESE PLACE SHOULD BE SUED FOR ANTI-CUSTOMER POLICY AND CLOSED BECAUSE OF...
