I went to dinner here with a friend, we were swiftly shown to our table, almost no wait.
When we sat down we had to move even though we were told to "take any seat"
The table next to us had reserved for 5 people and had 3 tables, they were asked to scoot over together to get 1 table free for someone else which i found disrespectful since they already started their dinner.
After that we waited about 5 minutes to order a drink, no problem as a few people came in at the same time as us, then we got shown how the tablet worked, we ordered our 5 dishes per person and we waited, and waited, the food arrived, but still no drinks, after we wanted to order our 2nd round of food our drinks came, but a few dishes didnt arive from round 1 yet. I notified personell about this, they said they'll re order.
We ordered our next round, the dishes all arrived, but still not the ones from round 1, i again notified the personell about this, still no resolvement, and when we were done these dishes still hadn't arrived. They never did in the end. There was 1 lady and a guy who were very rude and uninterested as if they wanted you out of there ASAP. the person that showed us to our table was very nice though, so not all staff is bad!
The tablets should've shown icons about allergens, but they didn't! The screen was also very cracked, and there was some glass missing from it.
Now, for some good points.
The quality of food was really good, they arrived at a nice temperature and tasted very fresh.
The ice cream at the end was good quality and very tasteful
And apart from the drinks the food was quick to arrive.
I give this place a 2 out of 5 because of the 2 rude and hasty staff members, the food that never arrived, the long wait for drinks and rhe price for the "all you can eat" which is really just 5 rounds of 5 dishes per person
I sadly wouldn't recommend this and dont think I'll be going back...

As we walked in, we already thought that the service is not good but decided that the manager who received us at the door might just be tired or have been having a bad day. So no big deal, we are all human. However, looking back, we should have known beter and listened to the red flag. 🚩
We sat down, placed our order and asked for tap water. We were told we can only get tap water if we order alcohol. We don’t drink alcohol and I asked to have clarity regarding this. The waiter already had attitude with me and the waiter asked if she can call the manger for me. I said sure, since I wanted clarity to understand. I saw her walking to the manger and the manger just sat on his phone. After a while he finally got up and walked to us with an attitude and said nothing. I waited a few seconds as I thought he would say something. He then said “ja, wat dan!?” I said that I would like to understand why we can not order water and why we have to order alcohol. Right away he started shouting at us chasing us out of the restaurant saying “Donder op.” He kept shouting at us and even called security.
Ps. We would not have minded to pay for water. We also did not want a fight just because of water.
We really did not like being treated by the manger in such a manner. It was a very very unpleasant experience. Something is not right at Miso Sushi Plaza.

The food was really good, and the service was quick and efficient—everything was going well until they completely ruined the experience over something as simple as a glass of water.
My boyfriend and I ordered the All You Can Dine menu (€39.50 per person) and had two cocktails each (€11 per cocktail). After our meal, I politely asked if we could have a glass of water, only to be told that we could only have one if we purchased a bottle of wine (I don't even drink wine).
This policy is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
Despite having spent a significant amount on food and drinks, the staff flat-out refused to provide a simple glass of water. We had to go to the toilet to drink tap water straight from the sink because they wouldn’t even give us a glass.
I didn’t ask for the manager because I trusted that the service was in the hands of those responsible for attending to us. Unfortunately, their decision turned an otherwise pleasant experience into a huge disappointment.
Denying a glass of water to paying customers is disappointing and incredibly poor hospitality.
I hope that, by sharing my experience, other customers won’t have to go through the same situation. I strongly recommend that the management reconsider its policy and allow staff to serve tap water to anyone who asks for it.
