JAQ looks very inviting from the outside, I personally think it has improved enormously compared to its predecessor. The interior looks very nice - little velvet here, little gold there. It all looks great! Although the interior helps a lot, you obviously don't come for that. You go there to have a drink and a bite to eat, and you have come to the right place for that.
We were with a group and we chose to take a lot of different dishes. A kind of shared dining evening that allowed us to taste a lot. If you want to do this as well, then you MUST order the following things: the Nachos (oh my god, the jug of cheese to pour over it - YUMMY), JAQ's Japanese chicken tatsutas (you will want more, believe me!) and everything on the charcuterie board!!! On the menu, you can see the dry aged Cote du Boeuf under JAQ’s favorites - this is now also on our list of favorites. And if you think: WHERE ARE THE DESSERTS !? The girl who saw me standing didn’t say anything so I just asked eventually. Even tho she spoke kindly it was quite annoying to let people wait for such a long time. Then I had to wait to be served for 33 min. I didn’t want to be rude that’s why I waited to ask for certain things. I was in some kind of a rush, well I only had 1hrs and 30 min. This all took quite some time.
There is not that much choice for lunch and not enough ‘healthy’, veggie or...
