Coconuts — Restaurant in Rotterdam

I usually love this place because I often come here when I want a drink and snacks but today I was not pleased with this particular waitress attitude, first we came here and sat there for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to come to us and since no one did the had to walk inside to the bartender to let him know the situation and if he can get someone over to take our order which he called out to this same rude waitress to take our order. Bare in mind she passes our table without even looking our direction and she even takes an order next to the table next to us and walks away, honestly very ridiculous and when she came over after I told her colleague , she had an attitude for no reason, we asked a simple question about the drinks they have and she became very rude so we decided to just leave. For description she is a bigger woman with either blond ish or light brownish hair. All I’m saying she needs an attitude check because we made sure to be respectful and remain patient and just wanted to order that’s it. Hopefully next time I get somebody else nicer...

Absolutely THE WORST club I’ve ever been to. I understand it was a busy Friday night but almost EVERY server was impatient and rude to us. They were aggressive and basically pushing everyone away on the dancing floor. Bartenders does not want to even spend 1 more second on you, doesn’t matter how much drinks you’re getting. The worst part was - there was no sign of smoking not allowed on the terrace, one of our friends lit it up and we were immediately kicked out of club, the securities were over the top rude and unprofessional. Instead of just asking us to leave, they started physically removing one of our girl friends without proper verbal communication. I paid over €12 for a cocktail, only drank 1/3 and they cleared it out without even asking anyone’s consent. Good job...

This place is weird man, first of all we had to wait like 20 minutes before one of the waitresses came to take our order and i get it , it was a sunday evening the weather was nice and it was a bit busy on the terrace, but meanwhile us trying to catch their attention the whole time and they saw us but went to serve tables next to us with people who came later than us. Second of all the waitresses had BIG attitudes for no reason even tho we were trying to be polite to them the whole time.
