This is a really fantastic restaurant. Chef Wong is true to the philosophy of taste and creation stated on the restaurant’s website. We ordered the vegetarian Chef’s menu. It was not only the finest vegetarian meal of my life (I am not vegetarian) but one of the best meals of any kind. Chinese fine dining new restaurant in Rotterdam. Restaurant is located at a hotel. Nice decor but unfortunately a light sewage smell spoiled the atmosphere at least where we were seating. Service was friendly trying to keep up with a modern informal fine dining concept. Food was fusion Chinese French. Flavours were ok but somewhat lacking. We had the chef’s menu plus wine-pairing. It was not what we hoped for. Though the food looks great and the presentation is done well, the taste is either not that special or out of balance.
