Oh boy, where do I begin?
I want to start off by saying that I was really looking forward to dine here. The food pictures on social media looked amazing so my friends and I decided to give the 'all-you-can-eat' wings menu on Wednesday a go.
Part of our group arrived on time and were welcomed the way you would expect. The other part was late, which was disappointing but wasn't a problem per se. The maitre d', I assume, notified us about our time-limit(2 hours) to order, which was helpful and understandable. No problems there whatsoever since being late is our responsibility.
However, once everyone was here, the night unfolded into ways we did not expect. And frankly, it kind of ruined our experience there.
The staff were unpleasant, almost unresponsive without a smile in sight. Double orders, wrong orders, orders being very late or simply just forgotten. Not only that, we had an odd interaction about a pear drink that one of our group members assured the waiter was on the menu. The waiter however, absolutely insisted they had no pear in any drink. Not a moment later, lo and behold, it was right there on the menu. We were looking at the waiter who just shrugged it off, acting like his guests are a bunch of idiots instead of apologising for not knowing the menu properly.
At this point our food arrived. We had 3 rounds of wings in order to taste everything on the menu. The flavours were good overall, but the quality of the food was rather hit or miss, which made it hard to really enjoy it. The first round was horrible in terms of quality as all the wings were dry and cold. This problem didn't go away as we progressed into the rounds, but the quality did go up here and there. The french fries we ordered were fine as a side, but nothing better than what I could get out of my airfryer.
During the whole night with all these issues with the service, we could never really enjoy our stay there. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't pleasant either. Almost like Christmas with your in-laws. You don't really want to be there and they don't want you there either. But you are stuck for the time being so you make the best out of it.
The real icing on the cake however, was when we were about 10 minutes(we checked) before our "deadline" and wanted to order some drinks to finish the night off. The maitre d', again I assume, just blatantly told us "no" because our time was up while pointing at his watch. We were absolutely baffled by this! Especially since the restaurant wasn't busy. At all. If so, I could understand a quick turn-over. But even then, in HOSPITALITY, you stay hospitable. It made it even more bizarre after another waiter took our drink order anyway.
At this point we felt incredibly unwelcoming and decided to pay and leave. I guess we had to anyway.
I sincerely hope this was a one-off and that the service and food is better on other days, otherwise I could never recommend going here.

Read moreTried the all you can eat chicken wings Wednesday for €25 euros and it was an ok experience. My party and I had the reservation from 4pm and the service was great. We were quickly seated and our order was taken fast as well. We did not have to wait long at all for our wings to arrive. The waiter was attentive and came every time we were about to finish our round and took the order for the next one. In the 2h we managed to get 5 round and 1 round to go. The experience was not the issue but the actual flavor of the wings. Many of them were a let down. And not all the flavors from their website menu are in the in-place menu that you are given. The waiter's recommendation of the Texas Dry Rub was the tables favorite as well. They were flavourful but not spicy at all. The 2nd favorite was the Lemon Pepper, where the taste of lemon is really strong so it was delicious but you could not taste any of the pepper. The worst one was the Buffalo, the wings were drenched in it so you couldn't even taste the chicken and the actual sauce wasn't that tasty either. For the others, the Furious was decent but order it if you can handle a bit of spice otherwise it will be too spicy for you. BBQ is exactly how you would expect it to be, so it was done well. Honey Parmesan was way too sweet that is overshadowed the parmesan. Caribbean Jerk Dry Rub was not flavorful at all, it was quite bland even though it smells good. Teriyaki was passable but I recommend getting Shanghai Nights instead. Overall, I'm happy I tried it because I heard about the place a lot, but I would not repeat it. It was an ok 1...
Read moreIf you’re ever in the mood for amazing wings, good vibes, and top-tier service, do not sleep on Wings Paradise! I honestly didn’t expect much when I walked in—just wanted a quick bite—but wow, I was blown away. The food? On point. Crispy, juicy wings with sauces that actually taste like someone put effort and love into making them. My personal favorite? The spicy garlic—perfect heat, perfect flavor. The fries were seasoned just right too. Not that generic fast-food vibe, but something that made you feel like it was cooked just for you.
Now let me talk about the real MVP: Mario, the manager. This guy doesn’t just run the place—he owns the experience. Super chill, friendly, and attentive. He came by our table to check in—not in that forced, robotic way, but genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with everything. You can tell he actually cares about the food, the vibe, and making sure customers leave with a smile.
Even when it got a bit busy, the team held it together like pros. Orders were quick, hot, and fresh. No mix-ups, no stress, just good energy all around. Mario set the tone for the whole crew, and it really shows. He’s the kind of manager every restaurant needs—someone who’s hands-on, passionate, and actually gets what good service means.
Definitely coming back, and bringing friends. Wings Paradise is now my go-to spot. Big shoutout to Mario and the whole team—y’all are...
