Yugo - Sushi & Grill — Restaurant in Súdwest-Fryslân

This restaurant use to be awesome place to hang out even we never finish the 5*5 round “ standard “ menu - all you can eat Lately they have applied 2 times slot for reservations, we reserved 5 days upfront before the weekend , unfortunately due to works we came behind the time slot of half hour and we have called upfront with regards this matter said the staff on the phone were ok but we must stick to the end of time slot 19:15 we must left the table “ no problem “ we truly understand Short story we arrived and were handle like a criminal right by staff at reception, we wonder if it’s the same person we spoke on the phone No welcome greeting, we running late and he told us to wait and sternly told us to left at 19:15 Wow, we amaze at this so called hospitality, the food came as slow as it gets and by 18:45 they already told us to order dessert , I’ve been happily running marathons my whole life but this took the cherry with sour after taste - NO MORE for this a pity patter so called sushi all you can eat with no manner and hospitality, the one star served just for the young staff which like running around in stress and try to stay friendly , food...

Delicious food, friendly staff and quick service.

When you come to Yugo they explain the whole system to you and leave you with a tablet on the table. You use the tablet to set your orders and this works well, questions on ordering will be solved by the staff. The prices are very clear and I would describe the restaurant as affordable - especially if you're coming with a big appetite.

The best value is the all you can eat and only a few dishes cost extra, most of them are included.

The sushi tastes good and the dishes are served in an instagram-worthy fashion. The restaurant itself looks good and the seating is more than comfortable.

The restaurant states that it will charge for not finishing a meal, the prices for this (1 euro for cold dishes and 2 for warm dishes) are reasonable and in the two times I've eaten there they did not charge me (even though one of my guests left two dishes uneaten, something we joked about with the waiter).

The restaurant is not a must-visit but if you're staying in Sneek for a few days and if you like sushi you can expect good service and delicious food for an overall good...

First time in Yugo, Sneek, and how welcoming the staff were! I went in with my Fiancé for dinner and chose the All-you-can-eat option, Waitresses spoke English to me which really helped and I’m thankful they explained how it works to me in a really kind and helpful way.

Felt comfortable and listened to. The food was amazing!! Wish I had a bigger stomach!! I would have took more pictures of the food but it was so tasty I ate them before I could take a photo 😂

The tablet is nice and easy to use, can order 5 dishes per person. The California maki roll ( I think it was called) was my favourite, and I ordered the honey sauce chicken multiple times, was amazing. Really liked the chocolate mousse cake, delicious!

They all arrived very quickly, staff were very polite and friendly and I would definitely come here again and hope to see you all soon...
