Hello, since you ask, I'll tell you why I gave it only one star. Yesterday I had lunch with a friend who just returned from vacation and brought me a sweet snack as present, the size of a KitKat. After the salads and the cups of tea that we ordered, I took a bite of the sweet that my friend brought me, then the waitress immediately came over to tell me it's not allowed to consume anything brought from outside, it's a manager rule, the waitress said. Even when the rule seemed absurd to me, I respected it. It's the first time something like this happens to me here and everywhere. I did not feel appreciated as customer. Not only is the setting great, the food is amazing and the staff on point, polite, smiling and helpful to boot. Had the lunch formula, 14.5€ per person and then this arrived: soup of the day, fresh fruit juice of your choice, variety of bread and focaccia, eggs with your choice of topping (vegan options too!), some salad, home made spreads (guac, hummus and pesto Rosso), as well as some cold cuts and cheeses.
