City Burger — Restaurant in The Hague

Worst place ever! 👎👎👎 We placed an order via Uber Eats. The first order was cancelled without explanation so we placed a new one. After waiting for 45minutes, we called to check the status of our order. A person on the phone said they called the phone number provided (which never happened!) and a different person picked up. When we said we ordered again, and we have the order confirmation in the app in front of us, he said they don't have the order and when asked for the number they called they didn't provide it so they were probably lying in a first place. And the whole time he called my boyfriend " Bro,bro" ,super disrespectful, no manners, and no communication skills, couldn't even communicate in English (only in broken Dutch).

Don't order from there!!! I would give -1...

Mijn ervaring met de City Burger was teleurstellend, vooral gezien de prijs van 9 euro die ik voor mijn Döner Box Groot heb betaald. Hoewel het eten op zichzelf goed smaakte hebben we meer gekregen dan we hadden gehoopt, het eten is een uur later zeer slecht gevallen. Dus absoluut geen herkansing. Ook ontbrak het aan de beloofde knoflooksaus die ik ook had besteld. Maar de portiegrootte voelde niet aan als een volwaardige maaltijd voor de prijs die ik betaalde. Ik had verwacht dat een "groot" formaat meer inhoud zou hebben, ben benieuwd wat een kleine Box zou zijn. Hoewel ik normaal gesproken open sta voor een herkansing, zal dit waarschijnlijk mijn eerste en laatste bestelling bij City Burger zijn.

Voor 9 euro verwacht ik meer dan wat ik heb gekregen, vooral in termen van volledigheid en waar...

I ordered 3 turkse pizzas. 1 with chicken i 2 with weggies...all with garlic sauce...all came with sambal/garlic sauce...basically almost empty inside and could...even though fies was very hot...and they all smell like goat or lamb meat wich was not...
