Domino's pizza — Restaurant in The Hague

I have ordered from this location for a number of years now. Simply put, around 40% of the wrong pizza is delivered. I guess the cooks are so overwhelmed, that they cannot manage. And there does not seem to be a check before the pizza is sent out. The photo serves an example. I ordered a pepperoni pizza party which includes extra slices of pepperoni and is more expensive than the regular pepperoni pizza. So how many slices would be on a regular pepperoni pizza if this is the one with extra slices? Most likely 0-1. The solution has always been to send out another pizza once made aware of their mistake, adding another 30-45 minutes of wait time. And sometimes, a few days, later a coupon is sent out which has a minimum order price that is higher than what I, as a single person, would consume and thus renders it useless. My advice, pick up if you can if you insist on getting food from here, or even better, find a more reliable pizza...

No points for atmosphere as we order home delivery Service is non existent unless you count delivery from point A to point B.

Reason: If you ever EDIT your pizza, be assured they will screw it up 9 times out of 10 and then they will offer replacement but demand full pizza back, not even a slice less. (At that time one pizza was left untouched and Bianca Funghi was half eaten which had basic ingredient missing I.e. pesto as well)

DO NOT fall for their FREE pizza trick because free pizza is made with zero professionalism or love.

When pointed out about missing items from the order you will be let know that they are doing it as extra effort and will let you know IF that is possible. That you paid for it, doesn't matters

Worst ever consumer service by...

I order from this Domino's location almost weekly. About 30% of the time, the order is the wrong one or the toppings are minimal and not as described. At times, delivery people cannot find my location and consequently arrive with cold pizzas. Essentially, it seems to be the luck of the draw in getting what you ordered and receiving it hot. I am always compensated with discount coupons when an error is made ... coupons I cannot use because there is a minimum order value which I cannot take advantage of, as I am a single person and do not wish to order food I cannot eat because it is too much.
