I came here to have lunch with my friend and I asked to waitress if they have gluten free options, she assure they did by pointing at the menu’s gluten sign. She recommended me the duck tacos and convinced me that they are gluten free. After careful look of the menu I realized she was wrong and that the sign she thought it means gluten free actually means that the food contains gluten. By this point I asked her if she was sure, to what she said, oh I am sorry you are right is not gluten free. Then I proceed to change my meal, following her suggestions. She came out of the kitchen for the third time making me feel bad cause the kitchen had already started preparing the food that has gluten in it. So to not be a complicated customer I decided to just take it without the tacos containing gluten. I finished when she was handed me a nuttier without bread. I asked her why, and she claimed I ordered it. In reality what happened is that once I noticed her mistake with gluten allergy sign in the menu she had offered me that option as an ALTERNATIVE, not as a second dish. I told her that it was something she was offering not something I ordered cause why do I need two main dishes?… she blaimed me for everything and never apologise, I told her it’s her mistake cause making me believe something is gluten free when is not. She forced me to pay for the second dish I didn’t order claiming that poor kitchen is going to get mad at her and poor kitchen put so much effort on a mistake she did. I asked for the manager but the manager said they won’t come out cause they were never in the conversation so I have no clue t what story the waitress told to her manager. Zero accountability , theft, you can’t call that customer service, and this women literally could kill someone who is celiac if they are not careful enough, they wouldn’t take any ownership for their mistake and the food was very disappointing. Never had such a poor experience so definitely...
Read moreTabasco is fun for drinks and has friendly and helpful staff.
We always go with my improv group after our course, and they always accomodate us and serve quickly. They allow us to pay separately at the end which is always a big help.
If you go here I recommend the drinks, for food go elsewhere (the drinks five starts, the food 2-3). The drinks are niiice - I highly recommend the Bombay sapphire Gin Tonic, the first one on their GT list, it has peppers. It always looks festive and has a kick. My fav drink for...
Read moreVery poor service. The waitress didn't pay any attention to us when we were ready to order the food. When I have kindly asked her she was unhappy about my request and said she must clean the other table first. Then she informed as the food we wanted to order is not avaliable - the online English menu was not updated... No napkins. Overall very unpleasant experience. We didn't feel welcome and we are definitely not...
