Visited few time, never was the best service nor the best food. Very average for high price.
However my last experience obliged me to write this as I belive you should avoid this place if you want to be treated with kindness and respect.
I have made a reservation through their application , called to ensure, that everything is ok, as it seemed to be only for a limited period of time. The personel was very uncompetent to say the least. They did not know about it. They were very unhelpful and limited to: "there is no reservation sorry", "no place", etc.
After 5 min on the phone and 3 consultatios, they suddenly find the reservation. Never, apologized, never explained the timing issue, and just finished with "is probably ok".
After my complain the manager called me, asking to help, when i tried to explain the issue, he was making excuses instead of offering a sencere apology. Then went to the offensive making me the bad guy having the bad reservation (i have called to consult the issue with them) . I have tried to explain that the issue is no longer the reservation but the capacity to understand and explain me in a respectful manner the issue. Then he just went in a rage of anger, and start to insult using even the f word several times.
Now i understand that you can not ask more from the staff with such a disrespectful person...

Please note: they still allow smoking on the terrace. It can be very disturbing and the smoke...
Read moreBeautiful, updated restaurant with cozy atmosphere - a great place to meet friends for drinks. The service was excellent. Their prices are now a bit higher than shown in menu photos here, but still reasonable. The menu now clearly shows allergens. I can't speak to the main dishes, but there are no gluten-free options on the borrel menu. After a watery smoothie, I took a chance that maybe the sweet potato fries would only have cross-contamination of gluten from the fryer oil. They were delicious and...
