KFC — Restaurant in The Hague

29/09. We came there in hopes to quickly grab a bite before we had a competition. It took the staff from 8:25 to 8:45 to prepare our meal, we had one menu and a small chicken cheeseburger with fries. It was also not particularly business. The manager was in the office spinning circles on her chair, and the rest of the staff worked at the pace of snails. The food was cold and soggy and we were late for our competition. This fast food place should be named slow food, cause it was just laughable at how bad the quality and the service was. It was just shameful how bad the service was and the attention...

For a quick bite to eat. It's conveniently located near the tram and bus stops, the open air Haagse Markt and the neighbourhood library. There's also a pay per use toilet set up if you're caught outside needing the loo. The staff are also very quick and focus on resolving any questions or issues you may have. The cleaning stagf also works very hard here. Anytime I pass by I see them quickly swinging into action to make sure the next client and the next after that have clean...

Ik ben niet zo heel gauw negatief maar ik kom alleen bij deze KFC omdat mijn dochter er af en toe om vraagt en het in de buurt van huis is Ten eerste is de omgeving super druk. Je kan je fiets nauwelijks kwijt hier. Terwijl je je fiets vastzet en dat moet je hier wel echt doen, word ik altijd weer achtervolgd door mensen die geld willen en de laatste keer bleef diegene maar doordrukken en dwingen. Het werd vervelend want ik loop niet met cash en diegene geloofde het blijkbaar niet. Ik weet niet waarom maar het gebeurt steeds weer hier.

Los van de drukke buurt De zaak is super klein. En dat is op zich niet erg maar wat het vervelend maakt is dat je hier altijd super lang wacht op je bestelling. Zo lang dat je bijna weg wilt lopen want hierdoor staat het helemaal vol bij de afhaalbalie.

Het statiegeld apparaat voor bekers lijkt bijna nooit te werken dus ik betaal steeds statiegeld maar kan de bekers nooit inleveren. Ik krijg steeds te horen: 'maar je mag ze mee naar huis nemen'.

Vaker sausjes vergeten Friet niet goed doorgebakken Personeel onaardig tegen andere klanten. Er komen veel klanten van verschillende nationaliteiten en die spreken niet allemaal even goed Nederlands. Ik vind dat het personeel deze klanten niet altijd even fijn behandelt.

Het is echt dat dit de enige KFC in de buurt is dat ik hier kom. En dat mijn dochter graag...
