Super nice breakfast/lunch spot! Definitely a local favorite. Most of the staff is very kind and treats you very nice. The cakes are delicious and home-made. The fact that they change-up their cake options every day is also so fun. Then their breakfast and lunch options: versatile and super delicious. I can also definitely recommend their vegan ice-cream coffees (iced coffee/espresso shot blended with vegan ice cream). It is so creamy and airy at the same time - you will love it. Price-wise it is definitely worth it for what you receive in return!

Lunchroom Zondag in de Fahrenheitstraat 685 kwamen we tegen tijdens onze zondagmiddag wandeling. En wat is toepasselijker dan op deze dag hier iets afhalen. Ondanks dat het wat later in de middag was, bleek de keuken nog gewoon open en werden we vriendelijk te woord gestaan. Het was aan ons om te kiezen uit een flinke 'to go' menukaart. We lieten ons bijna verleiden tot de heerlijke huisgemaakte taart. Maar kozen uiteindelijk beide voor een wrap met gerookte zalm als zondagmiddag snack. Niet wetende dat deze zo rijk gevuld zou zijn met zalm, komkommer, wakame, wortelrasp en salade. Daarnaast was de overheerlijke wrap ook nog eens licht gegrild. We hebben ons diner maar even verplaatst naar een later tijdstip, maar dit hadden we niet willen missen. Lunchroom Zondag kun je vinden in de Bomenbuurt. In de gezellige Fahrenheitstraat waar meerdere winkels zich bevinden, is het heerlijk vertoeven. In de zomer op ons zonovergoten terras en in de winter heerlijk binnen. Nu na 4 jaar is Lunchroom Zondag uitgegroeid tot de "de huiskamer" van de Bomenbuurt, geschikt voor jong en oud waarin mooie huisgemaakte producten centraal staan. Laat je verassen door hun mooie koffie van Bocca, huisgemaakte taart, en wisselende lunch- en ontbijtkaart.

We ordered a Caesar Salad and a Club Chicken. Both contained chicken thigh. The chicken was served with the skin. Chicken with skin in a salad?!? And in a sandwich?!? As veggies: only salad leaves and tomatoes (for the salad). The chicken skin was soft and fatty and because of that the food tasted bad. Very disappointing. Not coming back despite the friendly service.

Honestly I don’t know what happened with this place, even for coffee to go was a great place, friendly staff but not today. I experienced like they were doing me a favor instead of considering me a client who is coming for a great experience. I had to ask for the little cake that comes with the coffee and they gave it to me IN MY HAND! Instead of offering a napkin, manners much? Coffee was excellent as always, the place wasn’t crowded but the staff...

This restaurant is so close to my cousin's house. Just 1 minute walk. Actually we love to cook by ourself and dine inside the house. But in other time when we want to dine at the restaurant or inviting friends to eat, we went to this place. A nice place and a lots of good and yummy food. it's chicken salad and sandwich are my favourite food while my cousin love the soup and any food there served with beef inside. Fair price and nice location...
