Pizza Or Pasta — Restaurant in The Hague

This was my favorite place for several years, I would order at least once a week.. But in the last 3 months I keep getting my pizza without an ingredient which makes that pizza special. I always order Happy Pepperoni which has feta cheese. Normally i was getting it with all the ingredients before, this summer I ordered one time and it was without feta I thought it was just a mistake, maybe u forgot. Then I received it without the second time and third time, I already started kindly asking in the notes” Please do not forget the feta cheese”. Nobody looks at my notes and i kept receiving it without. If you don’t have all the ingredients then mark it as unavailable product, or at least mention on the website that you don’t have all the ingredients or at least call me. This is unacceptable. I never ate at the physical place but had been ordering from there for more than a year now. Pizza (in most times) tastes really good. The weird thing is there is no consistency, sometimes it’s think and sometimes thing but still good in both cases. I had not so good pizza 3-4 times out of maybe 40 times delivery. As for pasta, it’s mostly good, had better but still good enough. The selection for pizza and pasta is great, there is always something for everyone. I wish i could put a zero stars , they gave away my uber order to a random person and DONT wanna make our again . So we payed for someone else there food ? I recommend everyone to never order here again. There are way more places in the hague where you can order pizza or pasta and these guys have 0 respect for you or your order ?
