Restaurant GREEKZ Aan De Haven — Restaurant in The Hague

As a Greek being in the Netherlands I’ve tried quite a few restaurants. For sure this was my least favourite one. I wouldn’t attend again. The service was okay. The atmosphere was also just okay. The only think that makes it nicer is the music. About the food now… You can’t serve tzatziki when it has no taste, very little garlic. We also tried the saganaki. Their are so many places that sell actual feta, you really don’t have to use white cheese to make saganaki. You should’ve used actual feta plus it was very dry. We had the mixed souvlaki that costs 30€. A bit ridiculous for the amount that you’re getting, also the fries bowl Was only half. So you get 10 fries. Last we had the mixed grill that was also overpriced. I get the location makes everything a bit more expensive but if the owners are Greek and they think that they serve Greek cuisine, then I don’t...

I was 4 times to this restaurant because my friend loves Greek food and me to but I was drawn to give it an other chance each time. Nothing special to me or just unlucky to say the list . First time the meatball in tomato sauce was still ice cold inside and the plate was very warm , then the rice in the dolmas was over cooked to the point that was just a " pudding consistency inside"Al four times . The grill mix was very very dry. To top it off the coffee cup had red lipstick on it, wich i drink from it because i didn't see it at first. The other times I found beard hair in my cabbage salad , then the meat on the stick had a sort of thread in the meat and the glass of the prosecco was Al with dry ...

Je kan mij resencie verwijderen maar ik plaats hem gewoon weer opnieuw. Net zolang tot mensen weten wat voor vreselijke man je bent.

Wij kwamen hier aan om te eten. De bediening wees naar een plek in het lege restaurant waarop ik vroeg of we buiten mochten zitten....

Waarop de eigenaar van achter de bar snauwt; " Wat zegt ze??? " .

Waarop ik antwoord " Ze zegt of ze buiten mag zitten!! ".

Daarop werdt wederom een tafel nummer gesnauwd.

We zijn naar onze tafel begeleid en er werd meteen een menu kaart in de hand geduwd en wat we wilde drinken.

Ik gaf aan dat mijn man de auto aan het parkeren was en we zouden bestellen als hij er ook was omdat ik niet wist wat hij wilde drinken.

Vervolgens komen er binnen 5 min 3 verschillende mensen vragen wat we nu wilde drinken op opdringerige manier. 3 x aangegeven dat mijn man de auto was weg zetten.

Inmiddels was de eigenaar ook achter mijn komen staan.

Hij beveelde het personeel op zo een vreselijke asociale onbeschofte manier, want blijkbaar waren er nieuwe mensen aangeschoten.

" KAARTEN PAKKEN !!" "BRENGEN" "OPSCHIETEN"

Waarop ik vanuit mijn kaart opkijk naar mijn 15 jarig zoon want die had er zicht op ( eigenaar stond recht achter mijn zit plaats). Die al meteen tegen mij zegt mama dit is niet normaal. Hij bleef blaffen naar het personeel waarop wij zijn opgestapt....

En een heerlijk lange en gezellig avond bij de buren @suzieQ hebben gehad en net liefde onze betaling van bijna 200 in ontvangst namen.

Ik raad het iedereen naar dan ook iedereen af hier te gaan zitten.
