wonderful establishment, excellent location, amazing cuisine! one of the best chefs who prepare meat in this country and also neighboring ones!) But it so happened that the staff is not ready for this (I went to this restaurant for the first time on 06/18/2024 and realized that it was very tasty and I was only ready to dine here !, so I was on a business trip for 2 more days, then I immediately decided to order Soolik for both 06/19/2024 and 06/20/2024 (my birthday!), and I ordered the next day, 06/19/2024, I advertised this restaurant so much that 3 more. employees of my company wanted to go with me - and then when we arrived a problem happened - the manager who met us said that there was an order for only one, but after 5 minutes they seated us and we had a great dinner!) but today is 06/20/2024 my birthday and I wanted to spend it with a friend in a country far from my homeland in a wonderful restaurant! , I had a table reservation for 21:30 and while walking through the streets of beautiful Tilburg at 19:00 I noticed that the restaurant had a lot of empty seats and so tomorrow I have a flight very early, my friend and I decided maybe we’ll go there earlier ... and now the same manager meets us and recognizes me, in response to our request to move the time to earlier (since there was no loading), he suggested 20:50, which looked like a literal mockery and it was clear from his reaction that he was pleased with himself! Checked online for a wagyu steak and Rodeo showed up. The impression was that it's a really decent establishment. I recommend making a booking as we were lucky to get a spot as it was busy and it's very popular. Great atmosphere with the authentic decor. A great taverna style in places, tasteful finishes. The selection is great, if you are a meat eater then this is the place to be. We thought that the Tbone was going to be the best option but my colleague decided on the mix grill and I tried the combination 1. Honestly, the mix grill is much better value, I found the combo 1 to be lacking, if you are a tab hungry then this is not for you. Meat was grilled to perfection, the sauce was so flavourful, being garlic. The service was top class, the vibe was great, the food was tasty, yummy and rewarding. Maybe when I'm back in Tilburg, I might try the 70 euro wagyu. Overall a great experience in a great location, there is a parking garage nearby, you are best advised to park there, it's an expensive parking at 4 euro per hour, but you can take a nice stroll around Tilburg centre to walk off the steakfest you just had.
