Wow! My party ordered three drinks, gin & Tonic, Paloma and Long Island Ice tea. We received three of the weakest drinks I have ever experienced. You would need a forensic chemist to detect any alcohol in these drinks. Not long after that I witnessed some dodgy behavior bordering on criminal. A new server came on and was helping the bartender set up for the night. (Oddly this was at 8 pm and the inside was empty) the bar had several rotating racks of booze bottles hanging upside down for dispensing, server takes down a 1/2 full bottle of xxx and then with another bottle of a completely different booze fills the other and puts it back on the wall. What the hell did I just see? Swapping one alcohol for another? Pouring a low grade alcohol into a higher grade bottle? Ripping off the customer? Not sure. Then she leaves the room and comes back with a plastic pitcher of clear liquid and proceeds to fill one of the other bottles to be dispensed. Did she just fill that bottle of xxx booze with water? Or another lower grade alcohol???? I’ve never seen this go on….is there a state alcohol control board in Tilburg? This has got...

The grilled cheese sandwiches are reknown here. Today we found the sauce that goes with it has changed somewhat. Before it was sublime, today it's more like mayonnaise than anything else. The service has changed too. The girl taking the orders is preoccupied with the pocket computer. She was taking an order from a table next to us and we were waiting kindly to give our order, but she walked away abruptly. We called out that we'd like to order too, but she hurriedly said she'd be back in a moment. It was some time however before she took the time to return. The other fellow workers are only bringing the drinks, so we had to wait for her returning to take the order. Furthermore after ordering a meal, which was fine, we'd like to order some drinks. After my partner ordered hers, she turned away again hurriedly and made no eye contact. So again had to call her back to order another drink for myself. She probably has some learning to do to be a little more customer friendly. If this improves I'd definitely award...

The food was amazing, however they were missing dishes on the menu the night I went, so our options were a bit limited.

We had a reservation, however the start of our service was ridiculously slow, after 10 minutes awkwardly standing waiting to get help, the host came confirmed our reservation sat us down 15 minutes later a waitress came, then the service attitude picked up and went well throughout the night.
