Minos Pallas — Restaurant in Tilburg

We recently visited Minos Pallas again, and just like our previous experiences, it was absolutely amazing. The warm and inviting atmosphere, combined with authentic Greek flavors, makes this restaurant one of our favorites in Tilburg.

We were attended by Ahilleas, who was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a great dining experience. The rest of the staff were equally welcoming, adding to the overall charm of the place.

For starters, we had the shrimps in garlic oil, which were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Along with our beverages, it was the perfect way to begin the meal. For the main course, we enjoyed the salmon steak and the lamb shank—both were cooked to perfection, tender, and bursting with rich, delicious flavors.

To finish, we ordered the coconut ice cream, which was absolutely delightful and highly recommended.

It's a nice place, good ambience, I liked the outdoor sitting but would recommend to sit also inside the restaurant. The food was good, we had Souvlaki and Gyros, it was quite alot of food, I didn't like the rice which they serve with it, it has a weird taste. Giving it 3 stars as the service is terrible, they speak rudly with you, aren't nice, not even smiling, they offered us uzo shots, said kindly that we don't want as we don't drink, they way she reacted was rude! Great simple greek food. For starters, we ordered some bread with tzatziki(lots of garlic!!) and a dish if saganaki, which is fried feta with a crispy outside. Then, a tasty grilled meat platter including a juicy lambchop, tender souflaki and classic gyro. Friendly staff with great service, but not all of them speak Dutch, not a problem for me personally.
