I can say that the experience was horrible, They dont know to treat the clients and they treat you with disrespect! I ask and pay for extra cheese and did not got it I wake up with my drink with Ice and ibask politely wirh out ice they refuse to change it, saying what to do with that to throw it. Beste eigenaar hierbij wil ik graag formeel mijn teleurstelling en ongenoegen uitdrukken over mijn recente ervaring bij uw etablissement. Volgens de informatie op uw website worden er bij de aankoop van een portie van 3 tenders 1 sauz naar keuze aangeboden. Echter, bij mijn bezoek bleek dit aanbod niet te gelden, wat mij ten zeerste teleurstelde.

Bovendien was ik verbaasd over de buitensporige wachttijd voor mijn bestelling. Het duurde 15 minuten om slechts drie tenders klaar te maken, terwijl het op dat moment niet druk was in uw zaak. Deze onnodig lange wachttijd heeft mijn ervaring verder negatief beïnvloed en roept vragen op over de efficiëntie van uw keukenprocessen.

Toen ik deze discrepantie en mijn frustratie over de wachttijd bij een van uw medewerkers aan de orde stelde, werd mijn bezorgdheid niet serieus genomen; integendeel, ik werd uitgelachen. Dit gebrek aan professionele klantenservice heeft niet alleen mijn ervaring negatief beïnvloed, maar heeft ook mijn perceptie van uw merk en uw belofte van klanttevredenheid aangetast.

Bovendien was ik verbaasd te ontdekken dat er een extra bedrag van €2,- in rekening werd gebracht voor de sauzen, die als "niet zo Waw" werden beschreven op uw menu. Dit was zowel misleidend als onrechtvaardig, vooral omdat de kwaliteit van zowel het eten als de sauzen ver onder mijn verwachtingen bleef.

Ik wil benadrukken dat dit mijn eerste en laatste bezoek was aan uw zaak, voornamelijk vanwege de misleidende advertenties, de ondermaatse kwaliteit van zowel het product als de klantenservice, en de inefficiëntie van uw bedrijfsvoering. Ik hoop dat u deze kwestie serieus neemt en maatregelen treft om de kwaliteit van uw dienstverlening en producten te verbeteren, zodat toekomstige klanten niet dezelfde teleurstellende ervaring hoeven te ondergaan.

This is still the best place to get burgers in Tilburg. Having said that I would give them 5 stars only 3 months ago but the quality fell of a bit. I'm sure the meat is still cooked fresh but I sometimes find spots of untrimmed silverskin that is a bit chewy however I find this quite often here in the Netherlands. One disappointment for me is that they changed the fries. The crinkle cut were very crispy and the right thickness, the new ones feel like they try to be McDonald's fries but they fail miserably.
