A neighborhood coffee spot like no other… with great coffee and a really nice atmosphere. If you are hungry there are really nice pastries and sandwiches. Highly reccommended. The coffee served there is from BOCCA Amsterdam (Great Medium and Dark Roasts).

Als lunch de waldkornbol met huisgemaakte bio eiersalade en romige Franse brie. Prima prijs kwaliteit voor een broodje zonder poespas. Tip voor de eigenaar: wissel je magazines voor recentere exemplaren. Sommige bladen zijn ouder dan tien ĵaar.  Niet alles moet aan vroeger doen denken. Op de website staat een dode link naar "Iens" sinds een aantal jaren verder gegaan onder de naam "the Fork".

First things first. The place is very good, with nice vibes. You can work from there, enjoy your coffee, have a talk with some friends or family. Also there is a "boutique" inside where you can buy different things (e.g. candles,vases etc). The service and the people are so friendly and helpful. But the best thing for me is the coffee. I've had the worst experience in this cafè... I ordered a smoothie and sat for 30 minutes. After that the owner comes and asks me to order more, stating that "you cannot expect to stay there all day and only have one drink", when I've been there for only 30 minutes and the place was basically empty. I felt like I had to leave straight away and ruined my day.. such bad vibes, don't...
