I had lunch here with a friend. The waiter cleared a table for us when we entered but never wiped it clean. My friend had to get up to get some napkins and wipe it himself.

Then after a long delay someone came to take our order. But we had no drinks menu so I asked for one. He said he’d come back to take our drinks order but never did. So my friend had to walk to the bar to order those.

Our meals came after a lengthy wait. Nice quality. But we were halfway through the meal and still had no drinks. I went to the bar to ask if we could get them and was told it would be another few minutes’ wait. How long does it take to put ice in two glasses and serve bottled drinks?

Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience here. I was a bit disappointed with the service. Our order (2 cappuccinos, 2 pastries) has been forgotten -which can happen, that was not a problem!- and when we asked about it, they brought our cappuccinos but forgot the pastries we had also ordered. We then had to go up to the staff again to ask about our pastries. Somehow they then only brought 1 cinnamon roll, then realised we had another pastry, but instead of the cake, they brought another cinnamon roll. It just seemed like the staff wasn’t very attentive.

HOWEVER, the cappuccino was very nice! I liked the cinnamon roll as well, maybe a bit hard but the flavour was nice and not too sweet. Also the atmosphere was cosy especially on...

Coffee was good, but the 'grilled cheese' was not up to par at all. The grilled cheese was not a grilled cheese. The bread on a grilled cheese is supposed to be crunchy all around, not a slight crunch. A real grilled cheese is made using a lot of butter in a pan to fry the bread in along with the cheese, this was clearly not the case here, the bread was still soft and barely any crunch. The cheese was also not properly melted at all, it was slightly warmed up but retained the original shape it had from the package it came from. You couldn't call this a melt/tosti let alone a proper grilled cheese.
