Disappointing experience at this bar with pool tables. The waiter insisted we remove our beanies, citing a dress code, but failed to provide any reasonable explanation when questioned. This arbitrary and unwarranted policy made us uncomfortable and seemed inconsistent with the casual atmosphere expected in such establishments. The lack of transparency and communication from staff left a negative impression on our visit. As patrons, we believe in being treated with respect and courtesy, which was clearly lacking in this instance. It's crucial for businesses to have clear and justifiable rules, and the inability of the staff to articulate the reasoning behind this particular dress code was frustrating. Terrible experience at this place. Owner is enforcing obscure rules and an outdated dress code just to show that he’s the boss. Super rude and unfriendly. We didn’t just experience this on our group but also witnessed this behaviour towards several other groups visiting. Oddly enough, the behaviour only gets really nasty after you’ve ordered and paid for your order. If you want to radiate spite and anger without a seemingly good reason, maybe the hospitality industry isn’t for you. Next to this, the Chouffe we had from the tap tasted off - it was stale and undrinkable. The best thing we found there was the way back out. Avoid this establishment at any cost. Go to other lovely places instead, like De Rat, De Morgenster, Belgisch Biercafé Olivier, Taplokaal Gist, Brothers in Law or Frontaal, for a proper...

A decent bar with Grolsch on tap. There are several pool and billiards tables, as well as darts and a fair amount of board games. There's outdoor seating at the back, though currently somewhat limited due to corona regulations. Staff are friendly and overall I'd say there's a pretty welcoming atmosphere and relaxed vibe.
