Absurd how the owner Luca handles customer service. As a person who knows the industry, I think that there is much need for a professional training in human interaction, communication and (customer) service. Because if the owner is handling the service this way, it unease's what example he sets for his staff. When calling to ask a question about the gluten free options (that they so proudly advertise) we got hung up on. When calling back it was said that there was poor reception, again we got hung upon. Even when mentioning that it might be from their line. As a last resort we called from a different phone. But even then we got hung up on and no effort in trying to listen and seeing if there was a different solution. I would not recommend this place since it's not just about the food, more importantly it's about the feeling when visiting or reaching out for...

The pizza is fantastic, crusty crunch and great topics! Really feels like an authentic Italian pizza, so would recommend for the taste, but be ready to wait a while.

However, you really need to teach your delivery people how to deliver pizza. I ordered out through your website. Pizza arrived and the guy didn't ring the door but called me to come downstairs. Sure, I guess. When I got downstairs, about 3-4 minutes later, he was waiting by his scooter with the pizza ON TOP of the pizza box. It's a cold fall evening. I've worked in delivery and this is just bad, the pizza was very cold.

Please teach your pizza delivery employees to not take the pizza box out of the thermal box until the client is with them, otherwise you'll end up with many cold pizzas (like mine) and very dissatisfied...

It's the best pizza I ever ate and I am Italian! I moved here in utrecht a few weeks ago and I struggled to find a good pizza. Then a friend of mine suggested me to try it at LaLotta and once I ordered online by their website and waited for 20 minutes more or less I realized that it was the BEST PIZZA EVER. When you eat it you feel how the quality of the flour and the perfect combination of the ingredients are wonderfully mixed-up to give you the lightest and finest pizza. It's like eating a delicious cloud. The delivery was great. The guy called me and following and maintaining the right distance, placing the pizza on top of the pizza box due to the new "covid-normality", makes me smile with his kindness! Love your pizzas...
