Really bad service . We used 3-4 times drive in. Every time they forget sauces or product we paid for. Couple of times we called, and they ask us to go back to pick it up. It costs us much time and energy to go back. And it is not acceptable that they forget to provide whole purchase and we have to spend more time and money to go to pick it up, Every time during order, we mention please do not forget and check it properly before bringing to the car. As it is difficult to check in the line, usually there are cars behind us and we do not want to disturb people or make them to wait even longer. Yesterday they forgot double burger. Ordered two cheese burgers take away. One burger wasnt wrapped properly and completely flew in pieces when I removed it from the bag. The other did not have any mustard on it.
I saw my order was ready to be collected on the screen and I went to the desk to get it. They gave me order 027 instead of 029. I asked them told the staff this isn't my order and it was replaced with the right one. I went through my order again and they missed the orange juice.

People working in their own clothes. Some of them wearing hair nets some of were not wearing them. Employees done with their shift were still chatting with collegues in the kitches. Nuggets were bad. The place was disgusting. They need 2 employees to empty 1 trash bin. The order computers had no printing paper. We were not able to order any kind of shake or flurry. Is there management?
