Santa Lucia should be known for its Italian hospitality and warmth! They contacted me afterwards and insisted that I should try it again for free.

Though I wasn't able to make it at the agreed time due to public transport issues, they then gave me not one but 2 tiramisu portions instead!

If you don't like something at first, try to reach out to them. They will make sure you leave a happy customer!

Sadly I had a very bad experience. The pizza was not good and it just fell apart when I tried to pick it up. As in it wasn't cut, it was just cut to shreds or something.

I see some good reviews here so please contact me because I think nobody should be judged on 1 pizza :)

The pizza might be tasty, but I cant confirm. What I can confirm is that St. Lucia will be etched in my mind for its 1,5 hour waits, empty promises that pizza’s will be free after their casual 1,5 hour waits and an owner that makes less sense than pineapple on pizza when speaking on the phone. So, if you’re the type of customer that enjoys going on a 2 hour adventure where the end result is no pizza while having the fortune to hear an owner project is personal problems onto you then St. Lucia is probably the best pizzeria in Utrecht. If however you just love pizza and you’re not the type that loves playing seemingly endless games of broken telephone, then even a cycle to the Dr. Oetker factory and popping a deep freeze pizza in the oven is going to be a better option...

I would not eat there, smells bad and it doesn't inspire trust. When you see the kitchen it makes you think of the grandma summer kitchen made put of scraps in the back of the garden. The interior looks nice. I don't understand the paintings but maybe this is the vibe and the aesthetics that it wants to transmute. The tables look nice, the chairs look nice, I have seen a couple people enjoy themselves there but in a summer day, the aur is so dense and it's a lot of warmth, I don't know how people can pick and sit there.
