Bagels & Beans — Restaurant in Venlo

Offers very tasty, vegan bagels and drinks. The ambience is reminiscent of Google or Facebook campus dining halls. The staff are very nice. Tables and chairs were clean and nice.

Cons

Restroom is a common area where there are only two stalls, once for men and women. This can be very uncomfortable if you are not used to something like this. I as a Muslim found it very unpleasant but must say that I have seen such "unisex toilets" in other restaurants in Venlo. No idea if it is normal there. As delicious as the food is, the prices are unfortunately also quite expensive. For 3 bagels and 3 drinks I paid just under 45€. I find that very expensive.

But since my companions are vegan, we had to eat there. As I said, the food is very good. Only the price of my opinion...

Absolute top experience!

Delicious bagels, including a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan options. Excellent coffee also with milk alternatives available for your lattes or cappuccinos.

Excellent service in Dutch, English and Spanish (perhaps other languages too).

A nice and cosy setup with enjoyable music and a bunch of magazines at your disposal to top that off.

Good prices, and also parking possibilities nearby (Q-Park Maasboulevard just about underneath the coffeehouse).

Card payment is of course possible, also with foreign cards.

Would surely drop by into one of their venues when in the...

Very nice and tasty Restaurant! I didn't expect much. Just wanted a snack and was already pretty impressed by their vegan assortment. They had a lot of options for vegans and I could even drink my Cappuccino with almond milk. But the best was the bagel. It was very tasty. And tastier than some burgers that I ate. My friends food was very delicious as well. I hope Bagels and Beans is gonna open up more shops....
