New York Pizza — Restaurant in Wassenaar

I just moved to the neighbour and decided to try the place so I order a pizza. What a surprise when I almost finished the whole pizza and found a chewed gum below one of these last slides!!... That is one of the more disgusting experiences that I ever had in a restaurant, so I called the store manager to complain and this is what He said “this is really weird, but we are not allowed to eat chewing gum in the restaurant” and hanged up the phone..!; I was shocked, all I was looking was a simple apology and a internal investigation because this chewing gum didn’t appear magically there! If my daughter get’s sick tomorrow I will ensure your store get the medical bill and an audit review from the health government institution. Without saying more, this is the last time I will go to this...

We ordered delivery. We were made to wait for 1 hour and 15 minutes, we kept following up only to be told the pizza is 5 mins away each time! The story of why the pizza was late was totally different from what the lady who took our order kept telling us and what the delivery boy eventually told us! After we finally got the pizza, it was soggy and messed up. Truly disgusting! On top of that, the woman on the phone was extremely rude and not cooperative at all. Extremely bad experience. Never ordering...

Ik heb bij ze via thuis bezorgd een pizza besteld en bij "bezorging instructie" aangegeven dat ik geen uien luste en het niet erop wou ! (Kon nergens anders vinden om dit aan te geven en doe het al jaren zo bij alle andere bedrijven is nooit fout gegaan ! ) krijg ik netjes op tijd me pizza binnen mooi ! Kijk ik zit er uitjes op bel ik omdat aan te geven hoor ik ja sorry dat zat bij bezorgers instructie dus keuken krijgt dat niet binnen .....(ik neem aan wanneer een bestelling binnen krijgt het eerst goed door neemt maar oké en zelfs na dat ze pizza gemaakt is hebben ze het gezien en als nog het boeite ze niet om toch te bellen of aan te geven ) en dan geef ik aan dat ik het niet luste en of ze wat voor mij konden betekenen antwoord wat ze gaven kwam er op neer dat ik gewoon pech had en dat het me eigen keuze was om het weg te gooien ....... Ik zal nooit meer bij new york pizza wat bestellen was zeker laatste keer en ik raad lezers aan om bij domino's of rimini hun eten te bestellen aangezien hun een uitstekende...
