TL;DR: Great place, kind staff, delicious drinks, highly recommended.

Pros: very very kind staff delicious drinks (be it coffee, tea or fruity drinks, we tried them all) the extra fee for soy milk is quite low the best bubble tea place in Zoetermeer by far the interior looks amazing and makes for great photos their cups and lids are of great quality EDIT 2022-06-01 they had the toilets fixed, so another big plus, since small places like this often just don't have toilets in The Netherlands

Cons: the display for ordering drinks is a bit all over the place and for some drinks you will e.g. get the soy milk option but for others you won't; same for the hot or cold option -- this should be an easy fix but for now it's also always possible to just place your order with the staff as they're super helpful no toilets (I know, this is kind of standard for small places in The Netherlands unfortunately) EDIT 2022-06-01: The toilets...

The bubble tea store is located in the center near a tram stop. I got myself a Brown sugar latte macchiato. I got myself a large with extra tapioca, which costed me around 7.50 which I do find fairly pricey compared to other places I’ve been to in the Netherlands.

The tapioca was alright, the amount of syrup used was perfect. Price/quality wise it’s okay. If you’re craving a boba whilst in the Zoetermeer shopping center it’s a nice place...

Great bubble tea place! A great variety of options. I had the mango sago bubble tea and it was delicious! Also the taiyaki was amazing, crunchy on the outside and deliciously soft and sweet on the inside. I liked the red bean filling better than the oreo but it was still really good.
