I am writing to share my recent experience at your shop, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations. During my visit, I was looking forward to finding some baking goods for my family. However, I was disappointed by the behavior of the staff. I encountered two employees who appeared preoccupied with their phones, seemingly more interested in their devices than in assisting customers. Despite greeting them, I felt as though they had lost interest in their roles, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere. Additionally, when I finally made my choice and approached the cashier, I was taken aback by the way my items were handled. The cashier tossed my baking goods across the counter, seemingly distracted by her colleague's phone. This lack of attention and care left me feeling undervalued as a customer. As someone who works in the customer service industry, I understand the importance of providing a positive and engaging experience for customers.
