Domino's Pizza Meadowbank — Restaurant in Ōrākei

Ordered pizzas from Dominos Remuera and paid extra for a 15 minute delivery as advertised online, 25 mins later they arrived, spoke to the driver who rang the manager of the store. Tried to explain that there is no point in promoting a quick delivery if you pay extra if this can’t be achieved, would not be a problem if were told they were to busy to achieve the quick delivery for extra money. So the response from the manager of the store was “I am to busy to deal with this we will send you a voucher”. The manager then hung up on me, wow if this is customer service, then Dominos needs to look at how they train there staff. My suggestion is that if they promote this service don’t bother paying extra as it it highly unlikely that you will get it in the time frame you have paid for. The automated response we received was that traffic conditions made it impossible to the deliver the pizza on time, although we live 5 minutes away and ordered it at 7pm on a Saturday night and traffic conditions would not be an issue. The most disappointing thing about this was that the manager I spoke to really didn’t care and was to busy to deal with the problem and hung up. Credit to the driver he was helpful and tried to rectify the problem. If you had a choice of ordering pizza my advise would be get it from Pizza Hut, they care more about there customers than...

I ordered the cheesy bacon loaded fries online for $13.26 and got it delivered. And the sight of the depressing order infront of me officially hightened my expectations of all other fries i have ever gotten by just how far this order has lowered the bar. There was a scattering of a few (non crunchy) fries in a small pizza box so that the could go soggy, they were topped with a small sad drizzle of cheeze sauce which majority of which was on the pizza box itself rather than the fries and a few pieces of plain bad microwave bacon, i would have gotten more fries if i had ordered the $6.26 order of fries which was quite nice where as this abomination to the name of loaded fries had about a quarter of the fries that it had shown on the menu and no spring onions i unfortunately didnt take a picture because i was so shocked by the sight of what was in this box. The only thing that wasnt bad about about these fries was the person who delivered them, i wouldnt call these this order a pile of trash because it would be an insult to all piles of trash around the world. I am currently making myself a second dinner because i dont paticularily feel like going to bed hungry, if i could give this "order" negative...

Huge shout out to the guys working last night. When I reached at 10:10pm from Easter Carnival they told me the store is closed and they literally closed all the nights/ovens and was ready to go for dinner. I've showed them the order I've placed online around 9:55pm and apparently they have not received it. The manager was so amazing and thoroughly professional that he check the order details and asked the other colleague to make pizza for me. I was so impressed the way they have dealt as they could have said no. The best part was they did not make any faces or show attitude, it was very impressive. I usually do not order pizza from Dominos very regularly but I guess I'll me coming to Dominos more. I hope the management is reading these comments. Not only they've entertained my order after closing store, the pizza was absolutely amazing and we all loved it. Thank you very much guys, you are a bunch of good...
