We went to Frat's for dinner. We had to park just down the road as the resturant was just outside a lane, so parking in front was not possible. It's a fairly small restaurant with limited seating available, but we were able to get a spot inside. There was also a table just outside as well. I suggest ordering during happy hour (4-6:30pm) as the pizzas and drinks are half the price than if ordering outside of these hours. We ordered the cheese & tomato pizza, the chicken meatballs & artichokes pizza and the potato pizza. I ordered the $9 (happy hour pricing) Aperol Spritz as well. After ordering, we had to wait nearly half an hour for our food to arrive. Our drinks on the other hand were pretty quick to arrive. The restaurant was full and only had one small pizza oven, so I suspect that's why the pizzas took so long to come. When we got the pizzas, they were smaller than I had anticipated, and I expected a bit more for a $15 pizza (that was with the happy hour pricing and are normally $30). The pizzas were quite thin as well, even with the toppings. The crusts on all of them also had burnt areas, which I had to remove before eating them. The chicken meatballs & artichokes pizza tasted okay, but the artichokes had a very lemony flavour, which made it difficult to taste the other ingredients in the pizza. The cheese & tomato pizza tasted nice, but the crusts were quite large, and I would have liked a larger portion of toppings instead of a large crust. The potato pizza was very tasty and by far the best of the three. It was very flavourful and was the only pizza I felt that was worth the $15. The Aperol Spritz was very bitter, so much so that I couldn't finish it. I know they are meant to be bitter, but all you could taste was the extreme bitterness and a hint of orange. All in all, I probably wouldn't come here again. The high food price doesn't match its lower quality, which was disappointing to find out after looking at the high...

Ah, dear reader, permit me to regale thee with an account of my recent foray into the culinary realm of Frats. Such anticipation did I harbor for their much-acclaimed mushroom and ricotta pizza, that I entrusted mine hopes to their digital apparatus, finding the ordering process both facile and swift. Yet, alas, our expectations were met with tribulations most grievous.

A delay, long and vexatious, of forty-five minutes beyond the promised hour did besiege our patience. Upon at last receiving our comestible, we found ourselves faced with a creation most lamentable. The base, charred to an unseemly crisp, bespoke of negligence most profound. The toppings, sparse and scattered with the indifference of a distracted artist, rendered the pizza a patchwork quilt of uneven flavor.

The taste, or lack thereof, was a veritable affront to the senses, a pale echo of the rich symphony we had envisioned. The young server, a tender soul, did offer apologies most sincere for the protracted wait. Yet, the cooks, untroubled by our plight, carried on with an air of nonchalance that compounded our dismay.

In summation, the experience at Frats was one of profound disappointment, a cacophony where we had hoped for harmony. Mayhaps, in time, they shall refine their art, but on this occasion, the overture was...

We ordered two vegetarian pizzas from this restaurant on Doordash because they offered vegan options. Since my family members are allergic to garlic and onions, we selected the options to remove these ingredients. These were available as options, so we did not make a separate call to confirm. However, when we received the pizzas, we found that they contained garlic and other unwanted ingredients, despite having selected to remove them. Additionally, the pizzas were severely overcooked, with the bottom completely burnt, making them inedible. Every bite was bitter, and we had no choice but to throw them away. Due to these issues, we contacted the restaurant, but they did not offer a refund, only suggesting that they could provide a free pizza next time we called. As of now, Doordash has not provided any refund options either. Frankly, after this experience, we will not be ordering from this restaurant again. It was a terrible experience, and hope you can learn...

One day on my way to Pak n save I saw Frat's sign I was instantly drawn to it for no particular reason. I was intrigued to try a pizza at a place which is kind of in the middle of nowhere. I was like what the hell let's give it a go, and boy I was so happy to try it!! I love it and I have been a regular here ever since! I love the sourdough pizza. It is cooked to perfection and crispy even when you bring it home. The chef is a friendly guy along with the staff who are all helpful. After 5-6 order experiences I can still report that they are consistent with their service and products. Now talking about the pizzas, I love almost all the pizza flavours but Potato, Salami, Hawaiian are my favourites along with polenta fries and the truffle aioli 😍. My wife is big Nutella fan so dessert pizza is her obvious favourite. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes sourdough pizza or good pizza in general. It is bit expensive than chain pizzas but you definitely get the quality here.
