McDonald's Greenlane — Restaurant in Albert-Eden

If there was an option for 0/5 stars, I would rate my experience 0/5. I ordered 7 burgers and 4 fries with 4 drinks. The customer service lady gave us 3 small packets of ketchup. I wanted more, as i ordered for a 5 person family. As i asked for more, the lady stated that was all she could give me. I complained at the amount of ketchup i received as the order was quite a big order. She did not even consult anyone else working with her and would not give me any more. As i was very upset at this and complaining, she suddenly mentioned that she is only 19 years old and i should not be complaining at her and that i am "not human" for my complaint at a 19 year old lady (clearly an insult). This is just nuts. What does an employees' age matter with customer service. She is working in customer service then she should serve the customer with respect. The manager hearing the argument, grabbed a handful of ketchup and handed it over to us.

I cannot understand the attitude of this lady towards customers. First, she doesn't even consider giving more ketchup for a big order (How is 3 small packets of ketchup enough, 4 fries) And then she insults a customer saying i am not human? because she is 19 years old? unprofessionalism at its finest.

She was working at 7:30pm Friday 16th of August. If you can't deal with customer complaints; don't work in customer service. its as simple as that. How is Greenlane Mcdonalds training their employees. What a...

Called in one night as was stuck in traffic with a hungry baby. Restaurant wasn't too busy out front at 6pmish but drive thru was. Ordered a kids book to add to my infants library but was given a Pokémon card thing which isn't a book. They told me they didn't do books and that was al they had. Staff should of approached me and explained this without assuming I would want this substitute so had to get a refund. Whilst my baby is to young to care older children would of potentially found this hard.

Food was good. Ordered a quarter pounder with extra pickles and Mustard though lacked in the Mustard. Also orders small fries 3 chicken nuggets and a chocolate sundae all were good.

Highchairs are located down in the playground could only find one and they do sit very low to the table height so can't really have your little one at the table without it in there face (no tray on high chairs).

Over all will give this visit a 8/10 to get me out of traffic to let it die down and something for my little one to snack on I'm a last attempt to save my sanity! Bring back the kids pasta...

I had 23 minutes till my bus was due so I decided to get an apple pie and a soft serve, the waiting took over 20 minutes so I just left my order number behind and rushed to catch the last bus. The entire time I was waiting for my food, I saw staff wondering around looking clueless, and as an ex McDonald's worker I know they should always be doing something to help out - especially with the amount of people in store. I saw a guy making my soft serve in the little container after about 10 minutes and I thought, finally! Now all they need to do is grab my ready packed pie from the oven! But instead, he tossed the soft serve into the bin and went off doing another order, I continued to wait and wait but it seemed like it was never going to show. I even looked on the screen my order was once on (for the staff to read off to get me my food) and it wasn't even there anymore ??! I understand that a 24hour McDonald's can get really busy but I am really unhappy with the staff standing around doing nothing for at least 5 minutes when people like myself are just trying to do a...
