BurgerFuel Papamoa — Restaurant in Bay of Plenty

Well, To say im disappointed is one hell of an understatment, Ordered my first takeaways after lockdown so was very excited to start with. Delivery time was set for 6.50pm, get the the restaurant and theres only two other people waiting. I headed up and asked if my online order was ready but got told no and that they would call my name as usual when the order is done. Time goes by sitting in the cold.... A little more time goes by and to my surprise no order.... After 30 minutes sitting in the cold i decide to go and ask whats going on with my late assssss order. The young lady behind the counter says again its not ready but she will "check" for it. Surprisingly she found the order sitting there waiting and had been there for a long long time. She assured me the food was still hot but when i got home my burger and fries may have well been ice blocks.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could contact me ASAP to rectify this...

Well what kind I say except everything is top notch here. The food was absolutely beautiful we tried a number of different menu items. So far my recommendation is the bbq burger with the onion rings huge serving, The kumara fries are next level, crisp and soft at the same time with their own flavouring and who can forget BF Own Aoli definately slaps. We also tried the cheeseburger love the real patties it's as good as a cheeseburger gets, love they also have a number of vegetarian options too. The chicken tenders seasoned in rose.ary and garlic with Aioli is amazing. Staff are super amazing to and the restaurant side of things...

Did online order, waited for 4 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant until someone finally came over. Was told there was no order for me! Showed them my email confirmation and then my order was found! Waited 9 minutes for the 4 thick shakes to me made while burgers went cold. Finally got my order, the Thick shake order was wrong, burgers cold and soggy. What a total waste of money and not the nice Birthday dinner I had planned. Unfortunately this is not the first time we have had issues with this burger fuel. Last few orders have arrived cold and items missed out. Google why can't we leave NO Star reviews, this food certainly...
