This is the heart of Tauranga music and performance, through which a large proportion of the lifeblood of culture flows into and around the city. It not only features excellent local community productions, but hosts top national and international acts. I'm always impressed by the quality of productions. Read moreThe ballet was lovely, arts centre was good. On leaving through the side door we went down a ramp beside new buildings, I had a nasty fall! There was a group of us walking together. I tripped on a metal pipe which looks like it's been a road sign, cut off with approx 10cm above ground level. No sign or cone to warn it was there! A real hazard! This cost me a doctor's acc excess of $ 60.00, then xrays cost of $ 20.00 total of $ 80.00 which when you're 79 years old on a pension is a lot of money!
