Domino's Pizza Greerton — Restaurant in Bay of Plenty

Worst Service I have EVER had. Broke down in tears having an anxiety attack after tonight’s ordeal with Greerton Dominos. I have severe allergies and cannot have any cross contamination with my food so I requested for that and for a clean cutter to be used. Nuts are hidden in everything including most sauces that people aren’t aware of and anyone serving food should be knowledgeable of this. My service over the phone was less than reassuring so I asked again when I picked up if cross contamination had been avoided and they said they weren’t sure, I requested that they remake it and they kept telling me over and over “no nuts are in the pizza” I KNOW THAT! THATS WHY I ORDER A SPECIFIC PIZZA AND ASK FOR A CLEAN CUTTER AND NO CROSS CONTAMINATION!! I already have enough troubles eating out as it is and only just started eating pizza again after 2 years of fear, you’ve set me right back to square one. When my food arrived I was given instead Churros 12 Pack, and what looked to be 50 Southern Fried Chicken Bites, which was not what I ordered. I called dominos up, explaining the situation and the person on the phone was very professional about the situation, offering to resend the Chicken box which I accepted. Sadly, It took another addition hour dominos to resend the chicken box, twice the time it took for my original order to be placed and arrive. When my food did arrive, it was cold, not even warm and I had to chuck it in the airfrier. I'd like to thank the person on the phone for being so professional, but aside from that This was a very disappointing experience for me.

Me and my friend ordered a regular and a vegan pizza from this store. We were told when calling that the vegan cheeseburger pizza will be vegan, but when we went and picked it up and drove about 10 minutes, we saw it had regular cow milk cheese on it. We asked the member of staff about this and she told us that it was accidently made with regular cheese on it. We were then asked if we could wait 10 minutes for a new pizza to be made (bare in mind were travelling to Auckland and it was already 10pm and were keen to hit the road) we then asked if we could keep the original pizza for our friend as he would be able to eat it and was told that we couldn't and they put it in the bin without any apologies. Both members of staff weren't happy about us coming back and treated us like difficult customers where if the vegan person ate this pizza they would get them extremely sick.
