Placed and paid for 2x separate phone orders for delivery and only 1x was delivered. Phoned the manager the following morning to sort and was told that they could see what had happened and that it would be sorted - an easy refund of approx $30. Some 3 days later still no refund and still not sorted so I physically visited store and was told that the staff knew about this as they had decided to cancel the order for some unknown reason, but had decided not to call an inform me on the night suggesting I should have called up late that night once i had waited an hour and the order hadn't arrived. The manager wasn't on site at the time of my visit so the staff said that it would be sorted as soon as he arrived. Days later still no resolution. Phoned again and was told that the manager was not there but how about I call back later in the day when they expected the manager to be in - I asked how about the manger call me when he is in? - no I needed to keep calling to make contact with the manager. A long story short - still no resolution to a very simple issue that the store agrees my credit card has been charged for an order that they decided to cancel and not delivery - I can not understand why my credit card has not been refunded the $$ straight away and I can not understand why I have had to make contact numerous times even though the store has all my details from the original order and my subsequent follow up phone calls. A lot of wasted time and still no resolution. The only reason I have wasted so much time pursuing $30 is this is actually the 2nd time I have had a non delivery from this store and the 1st time I just wrote off/kissed good...
Read moreWon a voucher online but it wasnt honoured by Dominoes Redwoods, Rotorua. Owner or manager basically laughed at us and told us to bugger off he wouldnt honour it. Vouchers already used and invalid now as the online ordering form accepted it but the shop refused. Standards have been slipping majorly not sure if its new owners or management but someone doesnt care about their job, half cooked pizzas, making the wrong order, serving cold pizzas forgetting orders untrsined staff dumped out front. The voucher is the straw that broke the camels back, here I am thinking I get a nice little treat but someones made sure his shop accepted it online so we can used it then told us when we go to pick it up he refuses to honor. Dont get my voucher back and had to pay for the free pizza so I am guessing the owner got paid twice for a single pizza. I was waiting outside 45 minutes on the give time of delivery. even more than that..but it didn’t arrive..so i tried to contact Uber eats, they responded very quickly and asked me to cancel my order i said its alright i wait more 10 minutes… after 65 minutes of order. My app says my order is delivered but i cant see anyone outside.on the receipt i have given my phone number and written please contact me before 5 minutes of delivery.. but the delivery guy didn’t even hesitate to read it..when i contacted the store they said we have left the pizza outside.. because you didnt pick up the phone… how ridiculous was that. I have been waiting outside for more than 1 hour for nothing.. the worst dominoes...
