Mother's Kitchen — Restaurant in Bay of Plenty

Really disappointed with everything about my experience with this restaurant, food was not as per advertised as per the website ordered from ( Deliver easy) , ordered a meat platter, very small portion and chicken was dry and rubbery, kebab was far too spicy and of cardboard consistency, also ordered a starter of paneer pakora, was absolutely awful, cold and rubbery and served with a standard cheap tomato sauce which didn't compliment the pakora at all, the cheese naan had no cheese on it what so ever, those three items came to nearly $70 so was incredibly disappointed with the meal received, I made a complaint through deliver easy, they were absolutely useless, no skills in customer service and or knowing how to deal with a complaint, their resolution after 3 weeks of waiting for a response was that the restaurant was not willing to provide a refund or even a replacement meal and their pathetic offer was one free delivery on my next order, such an absolute joke to even think I would remain as a customer of such a pathetic company to even offer that, complained also to the restaurant directly and they had no concern over my complaint, be very wary of this restaurant and their food is...

Faced a complete fiasco with my delivery order here. Paid for delivery, yet was told it was a pickup. On collecting and addressing the confusion, the blame was shifted to Menulog, with claims that delivery wasn't supposed to be available, and no refund was offered for the delivery charge.
