Bohemian Bakery Merivale — Restaurant in Christchurch

Oh man, worst customer service decisions I've seen in a while. In short: ordered some stuff from Bohemian Bakery off Foodprint (awesome app). Turned up to collect, but was informed by the dude on the counter that he'd already sold our items to someone else (whoopsie. Oh well, mistakes happen). This next part wasn't a mistake though - dude would not give us a refund, and would not give us equivalently priced items in exchange for what we'd already paid for - only offering lower value items instead. Wouldn't listen to reason. We were left bewildered, and now have to pursue a refund through Foodprint - just a big old...

I do t know where to start on this. The 2 woman their were absolutely amazing, from the service to the convo while the coffee was brewing Exceptional. The coffee was just perfect the way I like it ready to drink from temp to taste. And I tried the vegetarian pizza first time was skeptical but omg so many flavors took away the realization of the mushroom not a fan of mushroom but I didn't even notice it. The scroll I think it was I had that just melted in my mouth. Highly recommend...

Absolutely love going to Bohemian Bakery. The food and coffee is phenomenal. I’m have a sensitivity to folic acid so was very relieved to hear that they are all organic and have no folic acid in any of their food! Plus they have heaps of vegan opens!
