Ippin Ramen & Bowl — Restaurant in Christchurch

Im very disheartened to leave this as ippin is one of my favourite food places in town, however I was so disappointed in the front staff, firstly they didn’t add the salads I requested, I asked the next person if they could add my salads, they looked at me then passed it on, finally I got to the lady at the check out letting her know they forgot about half of my salads and if they could please add them on. She told me the line is too long and if we can just forget about it. This is incredibly disappointing, it’s like going to subway and not getting any of the salads you asked for with no one helping you. I hope to see some improvements here in the future as I don’t want to give up my favourite food places due...

One of my favourite lunch spots. If it wasn't on the other side of town from me, I'd eat here all the time! Worth making the trip for though. I've had Ramen and Poke bowls from here and would recommend both. Delicious food. Fresh and tasty ingredients. Great selection for making your bowls. Fast and friendly service. Good prices and portion sizes. It is challenging to have an atmosphere in a food court but they have their own nice little dining area tucked away in the corner which is really nice when it's busy but there isn't always a seat there. I ordered ramen for a takeaway and then an hour later I noticed myself felt nauseous and had some acid reflux. The meat in the food itself was EXTREMELY dry and inedible which is unpleasant the broth was alright although, I am not satisfied about the food poisoning from here. I never felt so ill in a while.
