I bought a Life Force Protein at 2:35pm on Sunday 10 Dec. I requested her to remove ice and add frozen banana instead to keep drink's thickness. She agreed.

The lady in black t shirt did not use any laddle or measuring equipment to measure ingredients. Later, drink was not enough, they added more almond milk again without measuring. I had the same drink many times from Tank. This was aweful. I could not taste protein powder. The lady did not responded me when I said her the drink is not upto Tank's standards. She ignored me and served me rudely.

That was not acceptable, I could not even approach her when tasted drinks. As I bought one weekly drink too. FITNESS FIX. it was too sour. Sorry Tank... This time I am totally disappointed

Went to get a drink, politely asked that if possible please dont put any ice, the staff present started to shout on me.
