Pita Pit The Palms — Restaurant in Christchurch

Unfortunately this is two poor experiences in a row… the first time was about a month ago and the server was rude and my pita was under filled and had soggy vegetables… This time, I came in today with my mum (who loves pita pit) and ordered two pitas. The server was just about to start filling them with vegetables when a man came to the counter and she stopped serving us to exchange his money for smaller notes!! To make things worse, she took his money, swapped it, and then was about to fill our pita with salad (WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON!!) I had to ask her to change gloves and have a fresh pita. Very poor BASIC hygiene. The worst part was, when I asked her to swap gloves and have a fresh pita she seemed annoyed about it!! Common knowledge to change gloves, makes me wonder how often...

I work in mall so have limited time break all the time, and this is not the first time i ordered online but as per the time shown online for my order to be ready, they dont even started making order at that time. Fed up of service they never make the order on time, i get a limited time break thats why ordered online so that i dont have to wait, but mostly all the time they do start making order when u reached the store. Easily the worst pita pit in the city. Ordered delivery. The chips were missing, the pitas had little filling and were presented horribly, barely any sauce, and the "cheese and garlic pita" was basically a plain pita with a slice of melted cheese.
