We recently dined at Perfect Plate Restaurant, and overall, it was a delightful experience that left a positive impression. From the ambience to the food quality, this establishment has a lot to appreciate. However, there are also areas where I believe they could further improve, particularly in terms of service.
Let's start with the positives:
The restaurant has a charming and cozy ambiance that sets a welcoming tone for the dining experience. The decor is tasteful, creating a relaxed atmosphere that enhances the overall enjoyment of the meal.
The food at Perfect Plate Restaurant is undoubtedly its highlight. Each dish is expertly prepared, showcasing fresh ingredients and creative flavors. Whether you're a fan of seafood, chicken, or vegetarian options, there's something on the menu to satisfy every palate. I particularly enjoyed the Afghani Chicken Tikka for its unique blend of flavors and perfect presentation.
Speaking of presentation, the attention to detail in plating the dishes is commendable. Every plate that came out of the kitchen looked like a work of art, making the dining experience not only delicious but also visually appealing.
While the quality of food is exceptional, there were moments when the service felt a bit slow. Improving the speed of service and engaging with guests, refilling drinks needs to be a proactive priority.
While the presentation of dishes is excellent, there were a few instances where attention to detail in service could be improved. This includes ensuring that orders are accurately taken and special requests are promptly addressed. Staff training can greatly benefit the restaurant. This includes training servers to be more attentive, knowledgeable about the menu offerings, and proactive when changing course new cutlery to be offered but still she was amazing with her service. Kudos to her!!
Overall, Perfect Plate Restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience with its exquisite cuisine and charming ambiance. With a few enhancements in the service department, such as improving speed and attention to detail, it has the potential to elevate its already stellar reputation even further. I look forward to returning and experiencing the...
Read moreTaste-wise food was good. Too much use of food colouring though and the major disappointment was the spring rolls. They were the frozen ones that we can get from any supermarket. You are a restaurant, why can you not make the spring rolls yourselves instead of buying the frozen ones or at least mention it to the customer at the time of taking the order that they are frozen ones.
Edit reply: Hi Perfect Plate, I am not getting aggressive and I don’t want a refund. I am just giving my honest review. All I am saying is that it would have been better if you guys would have mentioned about the frozen spring rolls either in your menu or at the time of taking my order. I did not ask about it because you are the first restaurant that I came across selling frozen spring rolls. So I had no idea that a restaurant could do this too. I think instead of offering customers refund, you should welcome their reviews and work on them to provide a...

The staff are so friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The vibe and interior feels warm and inviting. The seating is quite comfortable too.
We got a cocktail called Rainbow Surprise and I was impressed with the taste. Even though there's alcohol in it, you can barely taste it! Dangerous if you have too many! ;) It's that good.
I recommend the starter dishes. You'll get a sizzling surprise when it comes out of the kitchen. The aroma smells fantastic. And the food absolutely bursts with flavour! Gordon Ramsey would be proud.
We were so full by the end. I'm quite happy with the portions, and my god, it was delicious. We will definitely be back...
