The Waiting Room Cafe was modern and chic, and a great choice to quickly stop off at between clients, whilst in the area.
Being predominantly dairy free, I prefer nut milk and the almond cappuccino didn't disappoint my taste buds! Coffee made with a standard double shot.
What sets this cafe apart is their ethics toward reducing waste. They have this scheme called, 'Make Aotearoa Disposable Cup Free', using Ideal Cups that patrons simply pay one fee of $5. Essentially this is a returnable takeaway cup.
I will be returning, thanks to the friendly, cheerful service, the excellent coffee and their environmental ethics they have invested in being a participating cafe in the 'Make Aotearoa Disposable Cup Free'.

   Read moreI had a disappointing experience here today. We stopped in for coffee and brunch and it was during a busy time of day, I needed to use the toilet. There was only one, but it was being cleaned and I was told it wouldnât be usable. The staff were rude as if i was putting them out by wanting to go to the toilet and told me Iâd I should go elsewhereâdespite there being no other nearby options.
