I ordered a corn fritter and large hot chocolate. Friendly service after the Asian lady ignored my order. A beaitiful foreign woman nicely asked for my order which I gave. I received the hot chocolate 1st. It looked nice with good creme head although not much chocolate sprinkled. When I had a drink I could hardly taste the chocolate unfortunately. My biggest gripe was the corn fritter. When I cut the fritter corn fell all over the place because the batter was weak as well as the whole thing being tasteless. The corn was dry, perhaps after being in the microwave, but was awful. Every kernel had shriveled up edges and was awful to chew. I paid just under $19 for this order. I ate the bacon and the tiniest bit of brie on top of a slice of tomato. When I talked to the worker about the fritter I expected rither an apology or at least someone offering some compensation like $10 refund but I got no response from the owner she just carried on without giving me a second thought. I sat waiting for ages then I stood by the till with my empty cup for ages and no one gave me a thought. I rate this place a 2. I will never be back and I will tell others not to bother going also. Some of the review answers are not thinking of the customer who gave them money and were disappointed in what was received. I feel even more disappointed after reading the responses to the not so good reviews.
Thank you for your response owner.. I won't be back but please do find a better recipe for whoever made the corn fritters as they were tasteless badly made and once nuked were soggy and yuk. Also please ensure the barista puts a reasonable amount of ingredients in the drinks he makes. I know chocolate prices have increased but a milky foam is not a large hot chocolate. These drinks are expensive and I only drank it because of being thirsty otherwise i wouldve left that also. Please also train staff to handle complaints better so customer satisfaction is returned. I appreciate...

If youâve been around long enough to remember dial-up internet and Coffee Cultureâs original furniture, then chances are youâve sipped a large-as-your-head flat white at Zeros CafĂ©. Nestled snugly on Cashmere Road, right where Heckthorne Rd starts taunting your thighs, Zeros has been my post-pedal pilgrimage stop for the better part of 20 yearsâpossibly longer, but memory fades faster than an overheated bike brake on Dyers Pass.
What started as a regular Coffee Culture has quietly evolved into a local icon, mostly unchanged and somehow better for it. Like a favourite jersey thatâs stretched just right. Zeros doesnât need to shout. Itâs just there. Reliable, familiar, always with a seat, andâbless themâmassive cups.
Some Glorious Truths About Zeros: â Massive cups. Not âmedium disguised as large.â Actual big. Youâll need two hands, and possibly a support crew.
đŽ Cyclist nirvana â Bike rack out front. Sometimes even a bike pump. Thatâs like valet service for those of us in Lycra.
đ©âđ§ Multi-generational approval â Even my daughterâs joined the cafĂ©-stop tradition. Didnât even blinkâknew it was the good stuff.
đ» Remote-office-ready â Iâve pitched, planned, and powered through client catch-ups here. If your business is digital and your vibe is âcreative caffeine strategist,â this is your turf.
đ Staff are always friendly â Quick service, zero fuss, and no one raises an eyebrow at helmet hair or muddy shoes.
Thereâs something beautifully average about Zeros in the best possible way. Itâs never too busy, never empty enough to feel awkward. Itâs the kind of cafĂ© that doesnât try to be Instagram-worthy, and somehow that...
Read moreZeroes is a really sleek cafe located just minutes walking distance from Princess Margaret Hospital. Enjoy lounge seating by a fire place, tall top tables for a casual snack, table seating for a coffee or lunch date or patio seating on a nice day with your pup.
The coffee at Zeroes is high quality. Their cappuccinos are smooth and delicious and presentation is nice as well. Hungry? Try their main greek salad. With chunks of feta, fresh tomatoes, cumbers and onions (could have a few more kalamata olives) and a delicious dressing, this is one of the best greek salads I've ever had! Looking for a little more substance? They have various bakery items, muffins and sandwiches, as well as cookies and lollies. Definitely my favorite cafe...
