KFC — Restaurant in Franklin

I ordered online for in-store collection to save a bit of time and ended up waiting an extra 25 minutes longer than my collection time stated when the order was placed, which was a bit annoying but I do understand things get busy.

However, when I got home, a 15 minute drive away, I discovered that MIL’s double down was missing. Tried to call the store but the phone line was disconnected (perhaps due to the amount of complaints this store seems to get?) drove back down to enquire about the missing double down, the woman (manager?) who I spoke to at first accused me of lying, then offered to “re-wrap” the probably cold by now double down which I refused.

After dealing with some condescending attitude, I eventually got a fresh double down and some free fries for my efforts. No apologies for the original wait OR the mistake. Awful customer service, seems like she was just going through the motions. Would give a zero if I could, I wish KFC head office would do something about the terrible customer service here but based on these reviews it seems like...

First outing to KFC Pukekohe since the lock down what a huge disappointment!. Firstly when trying to order we asked for the chicken mix pack.. this failed! we apparently needed to give the drive thru operate a voucher code... I wasn’t using a bloody voucher!! We had to change our order so ordered the wicked meal which was dearer. Got home and opened the pack.. the chicken in the kfc bucket looked like a massacre had taken place.. soaking in fat, spiced coating had seperate from the chicken etc. To top it off my Son has been sick vomiting all night. Dam lucky I was unable to attach the photo!!! KFC Pukekohe, serving up poor quality food like this your doors should be permanently...

One star out of six is what I am giving you would give you none but have to give you one or else not able to post. Yet again our order was messed up despite having had the person taking the order read it back to us and us confirming the order. We paid thinking we had got all we ordered only to get home and find the regular popcorn chicken we had ordered was NOT in the bag. And the chips were cold and had NO seasoning on them! I look at your other reviews and there are other unhappy customers, have you bothered to get in touch with them and rectify things for them? No I bet you have not just as you will not bother with me. Will NEVER be back again and NEVER recommend...
