Most expensive tea (Chai) in New Zealand This guy charged $9 per medium cup of tea, when we asked about it, his explanation was public holiday surcharges He never disclosed the price when we order the tea. When we said we never seen this kind of price in Auckland even in a good cafes and asked again about the price then he changed his mind and said that was his price and also mentioned his customers goes all the way from Auckland to Hamilton to have the tea😂😂😂. I have had a worst experience talking to the manager. He is the most arrogant person to talk over the phone. I called to book a table and the response I got was that’s not my problem. Either he doesn’t know customer service or have attitude problem. Definitely the worst guy to talk to. This guy is in a wrong profession. Highly disappointed.. I will never visit this...
